We stayed 5 nights last week at this great and luxurious hotel in Koh Samui. It is a very good location not far from the busy village Chewang. Nice restaurants nearby the hotel. The staff welcomed us upon arrival very friendly with a drink and fresh handtowels. After check in they bring you to the room with a golfcar 😂 and showed us the room. The room was amazing, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room has a big shower and jacuzzi. Beach / pool facilities are very good and the man who works on the beach is very friendly and helpfull. The Beachbar is comfortable and have relaxing chairs. Overall the staff is very hospitable and extremely friendly, compliments to them all! Quality of the breakfast is good and various. If you want you can use bikes which are in the basement at the fitness area. (ideal for us as Dutch guests) We can highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel lacks integrity as they have not refunded the 12,000 THB deposit. On September 23, when I checked in, I communicated with the front desk about a complimentary upgrade to a pool view room, which was confirmed multiple times as a free upgrade. Moreover, when they mentioned the 3,000 THB deposit per night (totaling 12,000 THB), they assured me that this was a deposit and would be refunded. However, the deposit has not been returned for a month. When I contacted the front desk, they unexpectedly claimed it was a charge for the room upgrade. Why would a room upgrade cost double the nightly rate? The regular room rate is just a little over 3,000 THB. I stayed at your hotel five years ago and did not experience such dishonesty. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

8th time in Samui and 3rd time at this hotel... our favourite by far. Lovely and quiet and about 3 miles from the hustle and bustle of the main Chaweng strip. Rooms on the ground floor and 3rd floor have private pools and if your budget will stretch to it, go for the pool sea view villas (only 2 of them - rooms 308 & 309). Staff can not do enough for you and sort any issues out quickly and with a smile. The hotel is very Thai in its design and culture and nothing like the clinical concrete European boxes offered by a lot of the big chain names... which are fine if that's what you like.

The rooms are clean, the staff at reception are very good. The only disadvantage is that there is very little parking.

Quiet 5* luxury hotel with friendly service exclusively in English conservative style. But you also understand each other through facial expressions and gestures. It is in a very beautiful location, on a private white and fine sandy beach. Outside there are restaurants, some shops and many massage parlors. The service is extensive and very friendly. Every wish is taken into account and fulfilled if feasible. I felt very cared for and comfortable during the 10 days of my stay. I would also like to come back if this world were smaller.
